if only he knew i was there.

i saw BA at the sandler center in virginia beach last night. the acoustic show was perfect. BA was on top of his game in regards to singing and was very funny and interactive throughout the show. good times.

the venue is very nice, it was my first time there. i will have the check the schedule, i would definitely see another show there. the description of the place from it's website: "The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts boasts a 1,300 seat performance hall with no seat further than 100 feet from the stage. Add to that great shows, beautiful interior, and out-of-this-world acoustics, and this Center's got it all."

[no pics, my camera hates pics in the dark. i'll search the internet to see if someone else posts something from last night's show. i will say, however, it was the first time i didn't see him in a black or white t-shirt. he was wearing a brown button up.]

pumpkin carving 2009

we carved our pumpkins tonight! we tried to toast the pumpkin seeds again (last year we burnt them). we had two batches (one for each pumpkin) and made it out alright with the first. (the second batch we burnt while we were taking pictures of our completed carvings, of course.)
