here are some pretty unexciting pictures of birds. i watch tons of them each morning, we have lots of blue jays, cardinals, etc. i am curious, though, what kind of bird is this on the left? it's like a small kind of pigeon. they are everywhere.

yes, the kid takes all kinds of pictures. even of a pear. seems odd, but i am just happy she ate the pear.
