happy friday

we went to animal jungle today! here is a pic of the resident serval. later, he was very excited when two ferrets on leashes were walking by. excited to say the least, he wanted a feast. we also saw fish, parrots, hamsters, snakes, kitties, and the like. perhaps the highlight of the day was the ripping apart of a mouse. two lizards, monitors i believe, were fed one mouse. after fighting briefly, each lizard had half a mouse in its mouth and the small creature was ripped literally in half. delish.

this adventure came after a trip to the orthodontist. the kid needs a full set of braces. tonight i am reformatting my computer. many things will be lost.
