happy easter

TDP part three

this is the office furniture ... in the living room. they were installing new carpet.

this is why, lindsay, i was not able to chat today.

oh the excitement

it's amazing how much today looks just like yesterday. i actually snapped a pic of her in the exact same pose, but thought that would be just too much.

i'm sick today, have 'the pains.' i have a bunch of stuff that needs to get done today, but it is very slow going. i am just now feeling a little bit better and gonna take the kid down to the park for a bit so she can burn off some energy before this beautiful day is over.

just as any other

this saturday is. except i am eating leftovers from a good dinner last night. the food was good, but the dinner was excellent.

the weekend in review

my weekend started on friday. i got up with this goof [left] and hung out with this one all day [right].


friday was the 'greening of ghent' and i went to get a picture of this guy (for kerri) and then dropped off the kid with a friend for the night. after that, i was able to see a bunch of people, which is always nice.


saturday i had coffee with lindsay and a movie with kate. [we saw hitch, it was cute.] while going to pick up the kid, i noticed my odometer had hit 22,222. i missed the picture, of course. then i watched jack on SNL. you can see that the kid was in a good mood on sunday.


the weekend rounded off with a trip to the zoo, dinner at quiznos and i watched ladder 49. good movie.

can you believe i did all that? i usually don't even leave the house.

bullying

look what i found.


apparently it works like this: if something happens, there are these slips of paper in a box by the classroom door. students fill them out and give them to the teacher for appropriate punishment. in this instance, nothing happened because little missy forgot to turn it in.

on the left is miss sabrina is a most-fearful state. you can see, on the right, the cat that i knew would ultimately contribute to the demise of the tower.

a visit home

i woke up saturday morning and decided to drop in on the folks for a visit. sabrina loved it, and it gave her a chance to ride her bike. these two were stuck like glue this morning.
